Taking a break from Holidays 2019. I promised to me be healthier in 2020.
My no cook lunch yesterday coming home work. Slices of cucumber, slices of apple, red grapes and muffins. Muffins were left over from Christmas dinner. For a drink, turmeric power in ice cold water.
As it was my day off. I cooked no meat macaroni for dinner. I added mushrooms and tomatoes. I am no expert cook. I just know simple and healthy way of food preparation and cooking.
